My Pain

Everyone endures some pain
I hear each life must have some rain
But no one here wants to admit
That Cordy gets the worst of it.
Can’t they look at me and see
The strain of being somebody?
On one short day, my love derailed
On top of that I got impaled.
The stress that comes with being me
Is really, really, B-I-G.
And no one even seems to care
That MY pain is much worse
than theirs.
